Kevin Alban, O.Carm.
Kevin is a friar of the British Province, and was elected Bursar
General of the Order in 2007. He is an expert in the spirituality of the
Carmelite Order in the Middle Ages, particularly the writings of the
medieval English Provincial Thomas Netter.

Fr. Damian is Prior of the Carmelite Priory at The Friars, Aylesford, and has served in parish, university chaplaincy and vocations promotion ministries.
Joseph Chalmers, O.Carm.
Fr. Joseph is a
friar of the British
Province who served as Prior General of the Order between 1995 and
2007, during which time he promoted a rediscovery within Carmel of its
contemplative charism. He is currently Director of Initial Formation and
Sub-Prior at Aylesford Priory.
Bruce Clark, O.Carm.
Fr. Bruce is a friar of the Province of Australia and Timor Leste.
Teresa Clements, DMJ, O.Carm.
Teresa was a Daughter of Mary and Joseph, and great friend to the
Carmelite Family. Before her death in 2007 she was granted honorary
affiliation to the Carmelite Order.
Michael Cox, O.Carm.
Fr. Michael is a friar at the Carmelite community in East Finchley. He is conducting postgraduate research in Scripture studies.
Valerie Edden is an expert in the literature and culture of the
medieval Carmelite Order in England. She is a practising Methodist and
serves on the Academic Board of the Carmelite Institute of Britain &

Keith Jones, O.Carm.
Very Revd. Keith Jones was Dean at York Minster between 2004-12. During that time he extended warm hospitality to Carmelite groups, and welcomed the relics of St. Thérèse of Lisieux to an Anglican place of worship for the first time. When he retired as Dean of the cathedral in York the Carmelites granted Keith honorary membership of the Order by issuing him 'Letters of Fraternity'.
